Medieval Tower Tour
Sunday the 6th of April is the 150 year anniversary of the Synod Hall, the spectacular landmark building in the centre of Dublin where the Dublinia museum is housed. Join the Dublinia Tower Tour and discover the captivating history of the medieval tower at St. Michael, the Archangel’s Church. The original medieval tower has been incorporated into the design of the Synod Hall, where Dublinia is now situated. Remnants of the tower’s medieval past can still be seen in the structure of the nineteenth-century building. This exciting new tour offers visitors the chance to uncover the intriguing stories that have shaped the city while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of Dublin’s historic skyline. Additionally, the tour will highlight the impressive archway that spans the road, connecting Dublinia to Christchurch Cathedral, making it easily accessible for all guests.
