Visitors on the walking tour will explore how Dublin became the capital city of Ireland and discover how Dublinia got its name.
Follow in the footsteps of Dublin’s Vikings as they grew to become great warriors and build their ships along the banks of the river.
Trace the route of the old city walls and learn how the Viking settlement developed into a thriving Medieval city which laid the foundations for the streets and areas you know today.
Dublin Walking Tour is happening on Saturdays, the 6th/13th/20th/27th of July at 11.00am
Walking Tour begins at Dublinia reception at 11.00am and last 1 hour and 30 minutes, followed by a self-guided visit to the Dublinia exhibitions.
