What's on in January and February
at Dublinia!

Dublinia is a self-guided experience, however we do have certain events on for those who want that extra bit of information, see below for what is on this month!

Exhibition Tours

Tours of the Viking and Medieval Dublin exhibitions will take place on various days throughout January
Please contact us on +353 (0)1 6794611 should you wish to hear when these tours are taking place.

This February we have a public tour every day, Monday to Sunday, at 2.30pm

Curator's History Hunters Tour

Join a tour of the History Hunters exhibition and learn all about Archaeology and how it works with science and history!
Taking place on Friday the 13th and 20th of January and Friday the 10th/17th and 24th of February at 2.30pm each day.

Dig Workshops

Get a taste of what life is like as an Archaeologist, and take part in a special dig to hunt for some artefacts!
Taking place on the 18th and 19th of February (Saturday and Sunday) at 11am/2pm and 3pm each day.

Treasure Hunt

CALLING ALL FAMILIES, take part in a special Treasure Hunt throughout all of our exhibitions, hunt for the clues and receive a special prize at the end!
Taking place from 11am to 3pm on Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th of January, and also during Mid-Term Break on the 14th and 16th of February.

AONTAS Adult Learning Festival

In conjunction with AONTAS, Dublinia is taking part in this years Adult Learning Festival. There will be 2 tours taking place conducted by our specially trained costumed tour guides from our LTI Heritage course programme. These will be on Tuesday the 21st and Thursday the 23rd of February at 11.30am each day. These tours are free of charge however booking is required with a max of 25 on each tour.
